The company's purchase order system had reached the end of the road. Built on SAP Screen Personas, a platform approaching end of support,  the application was slow, cumbersome, and locked to Internet Explorer. Remote access added further friction, requiring a VPN just to get in. These limitations were taking a real toll on critical supply management tasks, from onboarding new suppliers to tracking orders, creating bottlenecks that rippled across the business. A modern, high-performance replacement was long overdue: one that could streamline processes, remove access barriers, and give employees the tools they needed to work efficiently.
