Eviden’s Asset Management and Planning System 7 (AMPS7) was delivering smart logistics support via a web-based application that could be readily integrated into legacy systems. It kept track of assets and by allocating resources appropriately, enhanced productivity while minimising operational and lifecycle costs. However, the system had been experiencing some performance and stability issues, so the company decided to rebuild it as a reactive application.
PhoenixDX partnered with Eviden to redesign, refactor and optimise the solution architecture of their digital product, AMPS7, including migrating the application from web to reactive. The project maintained business continuity, rapidly mitigated risks, upskilled the internal development team and delivered a high-performance and reliable system that is future-proof, plus quicker and easier to use. The new solution has increased opportunities to expand existing client services and land new clients.
