The challenge

With 600+ contracts spanning roles as diverse as nurses, security guards, and engineers - each with its own compliance requirements and documentation - managing credentialing and onboarding manually had become unsustainable.

The Australian team was tracking candidates through a tangle of emails and Excel spreadsheets that had to be updated and transferred into the rostering system multiple times daily. When one team member had a spreadsheet open, everyone else was locked out. There was no real-time visibility, no integration, and no centralisation,  creating risk as the volume of contracts continued to grow. A tailored solution was needed, and quickly.
