What does International Women’s Day mean at PhoenixDX? #BreaktheBias

Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough; action is needed to level the playing field.

At PhoenixDX, we know that conscious and unconscious bias informs our opinions, actions and decisions. We work hard to ensure that our workplace is fair and equitable.  

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is working hard to raise awareness of potential biases and how we can best address them. We encourage our people to call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping whenever they see it?
