Dev Tips: Performance time measurement & optimisation

There are times when we want to improve the performance of a particular action. 

The action may have multiple operations happening inside (nested loops, list operations, SQL etc.). We may not always be able to find out the slow code with the service centre logs or the Network tab of the browser. This tip helps us measure the time taken by each set of operations by using a forge component and finding out the exact set of operations/part of code affecting the overall performance.
